Before I was the go-to for cross-border document authentication and global notarization, I spent over a decade immersed in the mortgage and solar industries. I was the person who thrived under pressure — organizing complex transactions, liaising with clients, and managing compliance with razor-sharp accuracy.

In 2018, I took my skills and heart for service to the next level and became a Commissioned California Notary Public. Back then, I had no idea this decision would one day blossom into an international business. I just knew I wanted to help people — and do it right.

Then came 2021 — and everything changed.

My oldest son, Jayden, was diagnosed with cancer during the pandemic. Life hit a hard pause. I was no longer chasing closings — I was navigating chemo treatments and praying in hospital corridors.

That experience gave me crystal-clear clarity: I needed a purpose-driven business that offered flexibility, impact, and true connection — with my family and my clients. Out of that season, Amber’s Mobile Notary & Apostille Service was born.

I quickly realized that apostille services were a mess for most people — confusing, inconsistent, and overwhelming. From attorneys and high-net-worth families to real estate investors and global citizens, everyone needed help navigating international document requirements.

So I built AMN with a mission:
