Professional Notary Services for Important Documents

Notarization is often a small step within a much larger personal, legal, financial, real estate, or international matter.

AMN International approaches each appointment with attention to identity verification, document execution, required notarial procedures, and professional communication.

Commonly Notarized Documents

Personal & Family Documents

• Powers of attorney
• Advance health care directives
• Affidavits and sworn statements
• Parental consent and travel documents
• Minor medical authorization forms
• Name-related affidavits and declarations
• Personal agreements and authorizations

Estate & Financial Documents

• Living trusts and estate documents
• Trust certifications
• Powers of attorney
• Grant deeds and quitclaim deeds
• Financial affidavits
• Retirement and beneficiary forms
• Related estate-planning execution matters

Real Estate & Business Documents

• Loan and closing documents
• Deeds and property-transfer documents
• Business agreements
• Corporate resolutions
• Vendor and contractor agreements
• Commercial and professional documents

Legal, Academic & International Documents

• Court-related affidavits
• School and academic forms
• Government forms requiring notarization
• International powers of attorney
• Affidavits intended for use abroad
• Documents that may later require an apostille or authentication

Notarial requirements depend on the document and the instructions of the requesting or receiving party. California notaries cannot provide legal advice or select or determine legal documents or legal requirements for a signer.

Mobile Notary Service Area

Amber-Nichole personally provides mobile California notary services throughout Southwest Riverside County and nearby communities, including:

• Lake Elsinore
• Murrieta
• Temecula
• Wildomar
• Menifee
• Canyon Lake
• Winchester and French Valley
• Perris and surrounding areas

Additional Southern California locations may be accommodated by request depending on scheduling, travel, and the nature of the assignment.

Healthcare, Hospital & Specialized Appointments

AMN provides mobile notary services for clients who may not be able to travel easily, including appointments at:

• Hospitals
• Assisted-living communities
• Skilled nursing facilities
• Rehabilitation facilities
• Private residences
• Professional offices

These matters often involve powers of attorney, advance health care directives, trusts, affidavits, estate documents, or other time-sensitive paperwork.

All signers must be willing and able to participate in the notarial act and satisfy applicable identification and legal requirements at the time of notarization.

International Documents & Apostille-Ready Notarization

Many documents notarized by AMN are ultimately intended for use outside the United States.

International powers of attorney, affidavits, declarations, corporate documents, academic records, estate documents, and other notarized records may require additional authentication after notarization.

When appropriate, AMN International can coordinate the subsequent California apostille, federal authentication, embassy legalization, translation, or international document process as a separate service.

This allows clients with cross-border matters to work with one knowledgeable point of contact from document execution through the next stage of the international process.

Remote Online Notarization Coordination

California notaries currently perform notarizations through personal appearance under California law and do not presently perform California remote online notarizations.

For clients who require remote notarization, AMN International may coordinate access to an appropriately commissioned remote online notary operating under a jurisdiction that permits the requested notarial act.

Availability depends on the document, signer location, receiving authority, destination, and applicable law.

Remote notarization is a separate coordinated service and is not performed under Amber-Nichole Hess’s California notary commission.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

1. Appointment Review
Provide AMN with the type of document, number of signers, appointment location, and any instructions supplied by the receiving party.

2. Identification
Each signer must present identification acceptable under applicable California notary law or otherwise establish identity through a legally permitted method.

3. Document Readiness
Documents should be complete and ready for execution. A California notary cannot notarize a document known to be incomplete.

4. Notarial Act
The appropriate acknowledgment, jurat, oath, affirmation, or other permitted notarial act is completed according to the instructions provided and applicable law.

5. Journal & Required Procedures
The notarial act is recorded in the notary’s sequential journal, together with any additional procedures required for the particular transaction.

6. Additional Services When Needed
If the completed document also requires an apostille, authentication, legalization, translation, scanning, or international delivery, AMN can review those services separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you provide mobile notary services?

AMN provides mobile appointments throughout Southwest Riverside County and nearby Southern California communities. Additional locations may be accommodated depending on the assignment and travel requirements.

Can you come to my home, office, hospital, or care facility?

Yes. Mobile appointments may be scheduled at residences, businesses, hospitals, assisted-living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other appropriate locations.

Do you offer remote online notarization?

Amber-Nichole does not perform remote online notarization under her California notary commission. When appropriate, AMN International may coordinate a remote notarization through a separately commissioned notary operating under a jurisdiction where the requested remote notarial act is permitted.

What identification should I bring?

California law permits specific forms and methods of identification. Bring your current government-issued identification and contact AMN before the appointment if you are unsure whether your identification will qualify.

Can you tell me which notarization my document needs?

A California notary cannot provide legal advice or choose a legal requirement on behalf of a signer. The signer, document preparer, attorney, or receiving party should provide instructions regarding the required notarial act when the document does not already specify one.

Can you prepare or complete my legal documents?

Notarial service itself does not include legal advice or legal-document preparation. Any separate document-related professional service offered by AMN is provided only when legally permitted and clearly distinguished from the notarial act.

Can you notarize documents that will be used internationally?

Yes. Many documents notarized by AMN are intended for use abroad. Depending on the destination and document type, additional apostille, authentication, legalization, or translation steps may be required after notarization.

Do all documents require notarization?

No. Whether notarization is required is determined by the document, transaction, requesting party, or receiving authority. AMN can explain the notarial services available but cannot provide legal advice regarding whether a particular legal document must be notarized.
